2. Find a mentor or a business coach: Find someone who has experience running a successful business or businesses. They can offer valuable insights and guidance on how to navigate the challenges of running a business and keep you focused and accountable.
3. Take a course or attend workshops: Consider courses on business management, marketing, finance and people management. Search for a more structured process to learning and help in developing your skills.
4. Network with other business owners and entrepreneurs: connect, ask questions and learn from other people’s experiences.
5. Learn from your mistakes: owning and running a business involves taking risks and making mistakes. Embrace these experiences as learning opportunities and use them to improve your skills and knowledge.
