5. Analyse the data and information that you have collected, and create a profile or description of your target audience, including their demographics, purchasing patterns or behaviours, interests and needs.
6. Use the information you have collected to tailor your marketing and sales efforts to reach and engage your target audience, and create messaging and offers that are relevant and appealing to them.
7. Monitor and evaluate the success of your work to reach your target audience and make adjustments as needed to ensure that your efforts are effective and focused on the right people, the right way and by the right channel.
